Watches unveils exclusive showroom and Radio Control watch in Pune

Premium Japanese watch maker CITIZEN Watches Co. Ltd. after capturing the Mumbai market ventures into Pune, inaugurating its 2nd exclusive showroom and unveiling its first Radio Controlled Watch - Caliber H610. The exclusive showroom is located at: “CITIZEN” SHOP NO. 4C, EUNYAIE SABHAGRAHA, OPP MIT SCHOOL, PAUD ROAD, PUNE-411038.

On the occasion of inaugurating the showroom, Isamu Kawaguchi, M.D, CITIZEN watches stated, “CITIZEN plans to expand its reach, penetrating through the upper middle class Indians, exploring major metro markets, now reaches Pune. The exclusive showroom offers an array of watches, perfectly blended with technology of time in style priced between Rs. 3000 – 66,000.”

CITIZEN Watches are expanding its reach in the vicinity of Pune with an exclusive showroom and are planning to establish five to seven more exclusive stores across India. 

Elaborating on marketing plans, Kawaguchi, commented, “Pune constitutes a large market of lifestyle consumers. By opening exclusive showrooms and more importantly giving an international experience to the class and style of time, we aim to achieve a market share of 15% in the mid segment of upper middle class.” Reaching the core of Pune with an exclusive showroom, the company expects a turnover of Rs. 75 lakh to Rs. 1 crore in this fiscal year.  

On the launch of Radio Control Watch, Sandeep Hegde, Sr. Manager Marketing & Commercial, Citizen Watches India, stated, “The radio controlled watch possesses high potential in the city, keeping in sync for the people having fetish for style. This watch offers ultimate convenience of correcting time by reception of radio waves, when a user is travelling across different (selected) time zones. On receiving the radio waves, it automatically corrects the time and date, allowing a smooth transition of time without the user having to worry about it.”

This unique watch is designed to receive standard time radio-waves from 5 stations including Germany, the U.S.A., Japan (east and west), and China. As a result, it not only offers greater accuracy but added convenience too. On receiving the radio waves, it automatically corrects the time and date, allowing a smooth transition of time without the user having to worry about it. For world time, users can choose from 26 cities and UTC. 

From the multi-layered dial that captures light using the Eco-Drive technology and receives multi-band radio reception, to the company’s signature flight pilot design, the watch has got it all! Q & Q watches unveils ‘Weather Master’, an absolute weather forecast at your wrists. The series has been conceived to predict the coming weather – sunny, cloudy with sun, cloudy and rain. You can determine the altitude, temperature, air pressure and other climatic statistics. This digital styled watch with chronograph- accuracy 1/100 second and range upto 100hrs bears a compass with range 1 degree to 359, a magnetic pole pointer, a barometer range 8.85 Hg-32.48 Hg or 300hpm to 1100 hpm.
