Salvatore Ferragamo Gancino Fancy
Fashion stories imprinted on silk. Evocative at first sight. The world of Ferragamo - with its colours, innovative silhouettes and fresh, timeless elegance - is encapsulated in Gancino Fancy, a lady’s watch in the Salvatore Ferragamo Timepieces Collection. An icon-watch, an original tribute to the brand’s creative tradition in silk and women’s footwear. The printed technical satin strap reproduces the TOES motif, a vintage pattern and emblem of Ferragamo scarves, and brings together some of the most important women’s footwear models in the history of the brand. Ballerinas, sandals, open-toes, wedges, heels, decorations, plaiting, colours, buckles…TOES is a fascinating tour through the creative mind that transformed the concept of women’s shoes. Gancino Fancy has a sophisticated, linear design, with an ultra-flat case in the classic “ Gancino” shape set directly into the strap. The time adjustment is on the case back. The dial is simply sumptuous, with its white mother of pearl and diamonds set in the hour markers. With Italian design balanced by Swiss Made technical perfection and guaranteed by Timex Group Luxury Division, Gancino Fancy is the new celebrity accessory in Ferragamo’s summer 2009. |
TISSOT
2009 PRC 100 Michael Owen Limited Edition
The Tissot 2009 PRC 100 Michael Owen Limited Edition has precision firmly in mind with its Swiss movement inside and meticulous attention to detail on the outside. The date window is at 4 o’clock, the perfect counterpart to its red opposite number at 10 o’clock. Wearers should resist the temptation to keep the watch on at all times, so that they can admire the design of the case back. This is decorated with the geometric shapes of a football’s surface and bears both the edition number and signature of Michael Owen. Every soccer team has 11 players – a successful sporting partnership spanning 11 years is quite an exception and a justified cause for celebration. |

TUDOR
GLAMOUR DATE
A fresh approach enhances the spirit of the traditional Tudor collection, delivering a stylish new range of contemporary watches: Glamour. An innovative double bezel, on a case with clean contours, lends retro chic appeal. The double bezel allows for a number of variations – cases may be all steel, steel and yellow gold, or steel with black or white ceramic. Great attention has been paid to every detail, right down to the shade of black chosen for the TUDOR shield on the dial, the seconds hand and the words “rotor self-winding”. The curivng typography is a throwback to that of 1960’s TUDOR watches. Topping off the vintage look is a wide selection of straps in black, white, grey or violet lizard, and in black or white patent leather. Elegant new bracelets in steel or steel with yellow gold are available. Glamour may also be fitted with a bracelet combining steel and black or white ceramic. |
VALENTINO
SEDUCTION
This watch breathes high fashion: the soft ovals of the case and the shaping of the strap; the cool combination of white with rose gold, yellow gold or stainless steel; the new lizard strap in glamour colors. The quality of this watch is in the detailing, such as the slight dishing of the case, the roman numerals and the “chemin de fer” details on the dial with guilloché details, the characteristic ‘v’ form of the cabochon crown. |

VERSACE
ACRON RETROGRADE
The Retrograde model is the logical extension of the previously released Acron versions. This watch, the fruit of many years of research, brings together Italian design with Swiss watch making know-how. The special appeal of this timepiece lies in the retrograde display of the day and week. The data markers are placed on the dial, in either blue or rose gold, at the 1-3 position. Visible balance at 9 o’clock. Acron Retrograde has a round steel case teamed with a stainless steel or a 18 kt. solid rose gold top ring and strap in brown or black alligator skin. |
VICTORINOX
INFANTRY VINTAGE
The Infantry Vintage, with its mid-century retro-styling, takes inspiration from Victorinox’s roots of producing military-grade precision instruments. A key feature of that inspiration is the telemeter scale around the dial: together with the chronograph’s seconds hand, it enables the measurement of the distance between the sight and the sound of an event. Originally used in artillery, it can today be used for instance to measure the distance of an approaching storm by the time elapsed between the sight of a lightning and the sound of thunder. |
