To celebrate the 125th  Anniversary of Bulgari’s foundation, The  Bulgari Ginza Tower in Tokyo present two exclusive gift boxes. The first box features a bottle of prestigious Dom Pérignon Réserve de l’Abbaye Vintage 1990 and two selections of the finest Bulgari chocolates handmade by Bulgari’s master chocolatier.  The second box includes four chocolate gems reproducing a 1910 vintage Bulgari advertisement like pieces of a mosaic.

Dom Pérignon Réserve de l’Abbaye Vintage 1990 is a special vintage Cuvée limited edition produced by Dom Pérignon. The Vintage 1990 has been released this year after more than seventeen years maturation on the yeast. Each bottle has been tasted by Dom Pérignon chef de caves, Richard Geoffroy who, faithful to Pierre Pérignon, is the contemporary creator of this charismatic and seductive wine.  This perfectly balanced and harmonious champagne boasts an initial delicate spiral of aromas blending hints of fruit and anise that melt into rounded top notes, underscored by the vibrant warmth of peppery spice. Its earthy complexity rises to the surface and offers a dark aroma of leather and cacao as a final note.

Two exclusive boxes of Bulgari chocolate gems complement this luxury gift box. The first box combines the finest chocolate blends with the most exclusive Italian ingredients. Balsamic vinegar aged in cherry barrels is blended with Losa di Capra, a cheese aged in wood and appreciated for its rich and gentle flavour. The contrasting tones of both ingredients quickly blend and exalt the persistent, round aroma of Dom Pérignon Réserve de l’Abbaye Vintage 1990.  The delicate taste of Anurca apple combined with the spicy scent of Quartirolo Lombardo and cinnamon create a unique contrast with the premium cuvee and accents texture.

The second box, made with Japanese ingredients, includes exclusive combinations with Kogyoku apple from Aomori prefecture, root wasabi from Nagano prefecture and green tea from Kyoto and Yuzu from Shikoku that result in a creamy, lush and delicate chocolate, all finesse and elegance. The exclusive combination of Dom Pérignon Réserve de l’Abbaye Vintage 1990 complemented by Bulgari Chocolate gems is presented in elegantly designed gift boxes etched with the iconic golden brand logo celebrating Bulgari’s 125th  Anniversary.

The gift box opens to reveal four chocolate gems featuring a 1910 vintage Bulgari advertisement. Like a mosaic, each chocolate features a different flavour: from the white truffle, considered as the Italian culinary jewel, to balsamic vinegar, saffron and porcini mushrooms, all blending together in perfect harmony. Each luscious chocolate gem features the finest and most sophisticated aromas and is handcrafted with the finest quality ingredients, in line with the dedication to excellence that distinguishing any Bulgari creation.
